Started a new Northeast Region by opening up Retail Branch facilities in lower CT, Manhattan, Long Island, and northern New Jersey. Successfully recruited and retained 5 Branch Managers and 48 Loan Officers within the initial 18 months. Inherited 3 branch offices and expanded into a total of 37. Inherited 32 loan officers and expanded into a total of 357. Increased production from $185 Million per year to $4.2 Billion per year.
